Sihambasonke

Sihambasonke means “To Walk Together” in Zulu and endeavors to teach the church body to walk with those infected and affected by HIV and AIDS. Our vision is to equip and educate our church body to more effectively love and care for those affected and infected by HIV in our church family while reaching out to minister to those located in our community.

 

Serving Opportunities

Currently, we have serving teams that rotate on a monthly schedule and visit men, women, and children who are living with HIV at a hospice care centre called Zaziwe. Zaziwe cares for the homeless and destitute within the inner city of Johannesburg. The purpose of the visits is to share the love of Christ with those suffering from HIV and AIDS.
